M&P Preservations’s team of specialist operators have many years’ experience and expertise in many methods of damp proofing for all types of property, from residential to stately homes.
Rising damp occurs when unprotected porous materials come into contact with damp earth and can be due to water rising from the ground, condensation or the wrong type of wall plaster being applied.
We offer two types of damp proofing systems: silicone injection, whereby siliconates are injected under pressure into the walls providing an effective barrier against rising damp; and the Dryzone System, in which a water repellent cream is defused into the wall structure to form a repellent resin.
Our surveyors will analyse your existing damp proof course and the nature of your property before recommending the appropriate solution.
